About this hub

Stronger people, stronger communities.

The Community Care Hub is a place of connection, support, and belonging. We recognise that strong communities are built when people feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Through mentorship, wellbeing programmes, support networks, health initiatives, and community activities, the Hub creates opportunities for people of all ages to strengthen relationships, build resilience, and improve their quality of life. By nurturing both individuals and the wider community, we help create healthier, more connected communities.
